Rhonda Butler

I graduated from West Georgia in 2005 and went home to Chattanooga to sell memberships at a health club called The Sports Barn, which instilled my love for fitness. After having 2 children, I further developed my passion for fitness by training for a half marathon in which I finished 3rd in my age group.  I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and have a certification in Sports Nutrition. I’ve been an instructor and trainer at Club Fitness since 2015. Being a part of someone’s fitness journey is a special and rewarding experience. My clients have been diverse, some with different physical limitations, and we’ve made strides in their overall health together through hard work and dedication. Whether it’s to just feel better, train for an event, or reach a sustainable healthy lifestyle, I want to help get you on the right track.

Hey! I’m Lindsay Niedbalski and would love to get you started on your fitness journey. I graduated from University of Iowa in 2015 with a Health & Human Physiology emphasis in Exercise Science degree. I started personal training at a boutique gym and athletic performance back in St. Louis, MO. I enjoy training all types from weight loss, to newbies, to athletes, to general fitness, to just someone to tell them what to do J
